Quality Standby Services will be combined with portfolio companies Storage Battery Systems, LLC (SBS) (www.sbsbattery.com) and Nolan Power Group (www.nolanpower.com), which High Road Capital Partners previously acquired.

The agreement enables all companies to focus on core competencies, prepare for future growth, and better serve customers. This new relationship will strengthen the brand and further increase our geographic reach and customer base, as well as add new products and expanded services.

QSS is a leading provider of critical standby power service and hardware. QSS offers a comprehensive product line of batteries, chargers, and DC power system components as well as battery system monitoring, testing hardware, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), converters and inverters from the world’s best manufacturers further enhances. Our customers will now have access to enhanced critical standby power products and extended service capabilities reaching the greater Atlanta area as well as Tennessee and Alabama.
